Project ManagerThe Project Manager is an integral member of the project team, one who is responsible for: project management of a variety of engineering projects, leading and directing Project Coordinators and Technicians, and collaborating with Project Engineers to produce successful project outcomes.Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Day to day project management of complex projects on a wide variety of precast and pre-stressed concrete structures and connections for large commercial buildings such as stadiums/arenas, dormitories, parking garages, office buildings, etc.Provide management, guidance, training, and mentorship to a team of Project Coordinators and TechniciansConstruction administration of projects including processing submittals and site inspectionsEnsure clients are satisfied and all assigned deadlines are metQualificationsB.S. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience10+ years of experience managing the design of precast/pre-stressed concrete structures and productsSuccessful mentorship and development of othersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsFamiliarity with design, utilizing various engineering softwareAbility to work in a fast paced team oriented environmentHighly organized and self-motivatedWilling and able to adapt as necessary to support changing business needs.
