Secretary of the Navy Offices (SECNAV) is seeking a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement) to support recruitment and placement services within the Talent Acquisition and Staffing Directorates East of Office of Civilian Human Resources Operations. The role requires applying HR concepts, policies and practices, with a focus on Federal hiring processes, governance and compliance.
Eligibility includes handling education requirements and qualification standards; telework is eligible
