Senior Vice President of eCommerce About the Company Pioneering technology retail brand Industry Retail Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking an SVP of eCommerce to play a pivotal role in the executive leadership team, driving the digital commerce strategy, operations, and performance across all online platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the eCommerce vision, roadmap, and strategy to enhance revenue, conversion, and customer retention. This includes building and executing growth plans for owned digital platforms and marketplace channels, as well as owning and optimizing the eCommerce P&L. The role demands a strategic, data-driven leader with a proven track record in high-volume eCommerce, particularly in the tech, consumer electronics, or retail sectors. Key responsibilities for the SVP of eCommerce at the company include ensuring best-in-class customer experience and UX, integrating marketing efforts, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership in eCommerce, with a strong focus on digital P&L ownership, web analytics, and customer acquisition strategies. Experience in A/B testing, CRO, personalization, and digital merchandising is essential, as is a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and mobile-first design. The role also requires an inspirational people leader who can manage cross-functional and remote teams, and while an MBA or advanced degree is a plus, it is not a mandatory qualification.
