Dispatcher Full-Time Jacksonville, FL, US Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually Dispatcher Aqua Gulf Xpress | Jacksonville, FL Department: Operations Reports To: Operations Supervisor Location: Jacksonville, FL Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, In Office Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annually Position Summary Aqua Gulf Xpress is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our Jacksonville Operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating driver activity, monitoring transportation operations, and ensuring the timely execution of pickups and deliveries. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to make sound decisions in a fast-paced transportation environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch drivers to meet customer and operational requirements. Monitor vehicle locations, driver activity, and transportation performance throughout the day. Track and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries . Proactively identify and resolve service disruptions, delays, and operational issues . Maintain communication with key internal stakeholders, including: Operations Business Partner Managers Drivers Customer Service Warehousing Other related departments Accurately maintain dispatch and transportation records. Support operational efficiency through effective planning and coordination. Perform additional duties as assigned.
