Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatrics for an exciting Full-Time Permanent opportunity in Great Falls, MT .

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to pediatric clinic patients following established clinical standards
Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and clinic staff
Take and accurately document patient vital signs
Triage patient phone calls and communicate concerns to providers
Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations
Support physicians, RNs, and clinical staff with patient care coordination
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
Provide support and guidance to CNAs and scheduling staff
Maintain accurate patient documentation and confidentiality standards
Support daily clinic workflow and patient care operations

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
Current or eligible Montana LPN License required
Current BLS Certification required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Pediatric or clinic experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
Must meet continuing education requirements per state and federal regulations
