NAPA Counter Sales Part Time

The NAPA Sales Specialist is responsible for building relationships with individuals and companies in order to sell the company's products and services and reach internal sales goals. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies. This role will need to be flexible to work in several locations. Leadership: Promote an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the mission and core values of Nexus. Model behaviors that support Nexus mission and core values to be a trusted advisor to our customers and members. Duties and Responsibilities: Creating awareness and demand for the company products and services Greeting and interacting with customers. Assist customers with purchase decisions and make product recommendations. Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations, places special orders. Collects payment using the store point of sale system. Processes returns and exchanges. Identifying potential opportunities and effectively communicating benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests. Monitoring innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales Make deliveries or transfer parts between locations Performing other duties as assigned Requirements: Valid Driver's License Knowledge of various relationship sales techniques Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships. Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment.
