For more information, visit $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS Premise Health is proud to partner with Jackson Rancheria and is seeking a Full Time, Health Center Manager Nurse Practitioner to provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Jackson, CA . The scheduled hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday, 7:30am-2:00pm. Two years of provider experience, management experience preferred. $5,000 sign-on bonus . Onsite childcare for added convenience. What You'll Do Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance. Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff). Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed. Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration. Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis. Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations. Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives. Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions. Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Performs other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Current license as an NP in practicing state. Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required for some sites. Current hands on certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required. 103 NP may be required (California Only) Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the medical field. 2 – 3 years’ management experience. Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $151,200.00 - $189,000.00 annually.
