Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students’ mental health issues, strengths, and resources, thereby informing treatment strategies.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific needs of the school-age population.

  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that outline client goals and actionable interventions focusing on their unique circumstances.

  • Facilitate crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, especially during times of acute emotional distress.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including educators, school psychologists, and external specialists to ensure holistic client-centered care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

  • Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, addressing topics relevant to students’ social and emotional health.

The primary client base for this role consists of students from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Active and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient clinic setting, particularly focusing on school-aged children and adolescents.

  • Thorough knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective therapeutic alliances with clients, school personnel, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
