Qualifications 5–10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex construction and construction‑related contracts across all project delivery methods (design‑bid‑build, design‑build, CM‑at‑risk, EPC) for various building types Experience advising clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle Familiarity with professional services agreements and industry‑standard contract forms (AIA, ConsensusDocs) Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Compensation The salary ranges for this role reflects a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job‑related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws. Kentucky : $180,000-$230,000 Indiana, Ohio, Pittsburgh : $190,000-$240,000 New Jersey, Philadelphia, Delawar e : $200,000-$250,000 Associates are also eligible for: Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level FBT Gibbons offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical (HSA with employer contribution or PPO options) Dental and vision coverage Life insurance Short- and long‑term disability Various parental leaves Sick and vacation time Why FBT Gibbons?
