Job Summary Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team at LifeStance Health, providing evidence‑based behavioral health services to adults, children, and adolescents in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities Provide therapy to adult and child/adolescent populations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical supervision. Deliver care within a Fee‑For‑Service productivity model while maintaining high quality standards. Adhere to state licensure requirements and LifeStance Health clinical protocols. Qualifications Current, active Illinois license (LCSW or equivalent); license must be in good standing. Experience in providing therapy to adults, children, and adolescents. Strong commitment to patient‑centered care and clinical excellence. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Benefits & Compensation Compensation Range: $71,000 – $90,000 based on productivity.
