State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) - Lyndhurst, Ohio
Join our dedicated team at The Avenue at Lyndhurst, a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility that offers a unique and exceptional experience for our residents. We are proud to provide some of the area's highest levels of rehabilitation, nursing, and medical support for individuals transitioning from hospital to home. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate physical, medical, emotional, and spiritual care to our residents.
About the Role:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing basic nursing care, including vital sign checks and reporting changes to licensed nurses
Assisting with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents as needed
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Current STNA certification
Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
