Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift Name: Days Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts Employment Type: Travel Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active State License required to start the assignment. BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
