Lead Dog Daycare Handler (Solo Playgroups of 10-15 Dogs)

Compensation

Base Pay: $20/hour

Daily Group Bonus:

• $2.50/dog/day (12–13 dogs)
• $5.00/dog/day (14–15 dogs)

Typical Earnings: $23–$29/hour

Required Experience (Must Meet ALL Requirements to Be Considered)

1. Completed at least 50 shifts within the past 6 months as the sole handler responsible for an off-leash group of 10+ dogs
2. Held at least one paid animal-care position for 12 consecutive months or longer within the past 3 years
3. Live within 30 minutes of the facility and consistently arrive on time
4. Able to stand and walk for the entire shift and confidently manage dogs up to 150 lbs
