As a Shift Manager you will help create a positive, energetic environment for team members and customers alike. Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for every customer. Provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining quality, service and cleanliness standards. Plan each shift and monitor performance throughout, taking action to keep the team on target. Monitor safety, security and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the following shift. Support department goals and help achieve targets during your shift. As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive teamwork attitude and flexible schedule. Passion for working in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager.
