Human Resources Business Partner

Prominent education organization hiring a permanent Human Resources Business Partner to support a key business unit and department. With a target start date in mid-October, this role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000–$130,000 and requires a 3-day hybrid work schedule. As a key partner to the HR leadership and development team, you will serve as a consistent, onsite resource for managers and employees, driving workforce strategy, leadership coaching, and organizational design. Responsibilities

• Strategic/Advisory: Act as the lead for people-related matters and develop workforce plans aligned with business strategies.
• Leadership Coaching: Provide confidential coaching to senior leadership to navigate change, manage crises, and foster high-performing teams.
• Organizational Design: Diagnose structural inefficiencies and partner with leaders to optimize team structures and clarify accountabilities.
• Culture & Change Management: Lead the human side of business transformations by identifying friction points and promoting morale.
• SME Partnership: Coordinate with HR subject matter experts to deliver data-based solutions tailored to business unit needs.
• Employee and Labor Relations: Advise on complex labor relations, ensure policy compliance, and drive equitable performance management practices.
