Nanny provides weekday support for twins plus okay with a large dog (friendly)

We're looking for a nanny to support our family starting August 10th. This position involves taking care of twins, both infants. (Tuesdays we will also have our 4 year old daughter home, so open to more pay on those days if willing) You will work during weekday mornings. Experience with multiples is important as we need someone who can manage two little ones effectively. You should feel comfortable around our large dog, a Great Pyrenees/Border Collie who is deaf, as he is a part of our family but does not need care besides occasionally letting him out to go to the bathroom.
