About the Position

Position:   Registered Nurse – Home Health
Location: Greensboro, NC 27405
Weekly Pay: $2,230 
Shift: Days | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Manage a designated caseload, complete comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Accurately document visits and patient progress using  HCHB (Homecare Homebase) .
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home care plans to promote positive outcomes.
• Travel between patient homes throughout the day using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed at the current federal rate).

Requirements

Requirements: ✅ Recent  Home Health RN experience
✅  HCHB (Homecare Homebase)experience  required
✅ Previous  Travel RN experience  required
✅ Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience
✅ Willingness to manage a patient caseload independently
✅ Comfortable working with  Pediatric patients  (training will be provided)
