What You ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a 16-bed Level III NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists and nursing staff for around-the-clock patient management
• Help monitor and manage approximately 320 admissions and 1900 births annually
• Assist with coverage in the newborn nursery
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
• Support patient families with compassionate care and education
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and best practices in neonatal medicine

What You Need

• NC State Nurse Practitioner License and Board Certification in Neonatal Care (NNP) only
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure NNP experience
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment
