Work Location: In person Shift and Schedule: 40 hours/week. Scheduled days will vary (Monday-Sunday). Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour

- Install & Setup: Safely install and uninstall equipment on client rooftops.
- Cabling: Run, install, and terminate shielded CAT5/CAT6 and RJ11 cables.
- Tech Deployment: Mount and physically install Access Points, Phones, Cameras, Routers, and Switches.
- Troubleshooting: Conduct routine field maintenance and basic physical troubleshooting with remote support and direction from our Engineering department.
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself, your team, and our customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule (including weekends), with occasional evening overtime and out-of-town travel as required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be confident working at various heights, including carrying a 32-foot extension ladder and safely navigating single and multi-story residential or business rooftops.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity with proficient use of hand and power tools.
- Visual acuity to distinguish colors and fine details for installation and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable using a field laptop to connect to equipment and adjust basic IP settings.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Prior experience with a Microwave Internet Service Provider.
- Previous experience with Cox, DirecTV, or satellite installations.
- Familiarity with cable testing equipment (such as Fluke or Ideal).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus!
