UNCLAIMED BAGGAGE CENTER (OCS, Inc.) Operations Job Description Position E-Commerce Shipper Basic Function Pick, pack, and ship all parcel items sold through the e-commerce sales channels. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and/or ship all items sold through the e-commerce sales channels Maintain shipping goals assigned by management Recognize errors and process accordingly; take a partner when necessary Maintain a clean and efficient workspace Work overtime as needed Work independently Other duties as assigned by management Physical Requirements Repetitive moderate to heavy lifting up to 100 lbs Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Must be able to work in environments with varying degrees of temperature Some ladder or equipment use may be required Skills & Specifications Good team player Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills Analytical and problem‑solving skills Decision‑making ability and a sense of responsibility Able to prioritize, manage time and orchestrate multiple tasks Must be dependable and have a good attendance record Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Computer and typing skills Scheduled Hours 40-hour week, 6:00am–2:30pm, Mon‑Fri. Mandatory overtime as needed. Saturday overtime may be required as necessary. Mandatory workdays may include Memorial Day, Labor Day, other holidays as needed.
