Leon Home Health, Inc. is seeking skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team in a home care setting. This role focuses on assessing patient needs and creating innovative, effective treatment plans for geriatric clients, primarily Spanish-speaking. Candidates must be licensed in Florida, fluent in English and Spanish, and able to travel to patients' homes throughout Miami-Dade County.
