Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Engagement Manager to support a strategic automotive client on AWS-based data transformation initiatives .
In this role, you will help drive delivery and engagement across cloud, data, and AI programs , working closely with stakeholders, consultants, engineers, and architects. You will contribute to key initiatives such as data modernization, supply chain optimization, and smart manufacturing .
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of client engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and client stakeholders
- Manage project tracking activities including plans, risk logs, governance, and status updates
- Assist in requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and user story definition
- Monitor KPIs, usage metrics, and program health to track success and value realization
- Drive client communication , including weekly reports and executive briefings
- Support business development efforts , including proposals and pitch decks
- Ensure alignment with AWS best practices and relevant automotive use cases
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in consulting, program management, or client-facing delivery roles
- Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably AWS) – S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Athena, SageMaker
- Strong interest in data, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud transformation
- Understanding of automotive industry (OEM, supply chain, manufacturing, or connected vehicles)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (client-ready presentations & reporting)

- Experience with data modernization or analytics initiatives
- Knowledge of data pipelines, data lakes, or AI/ML solutions on AWS
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with automotive clients or large enterprise transformation programs
