What You’ll Do Be responsible for the oversight and coordination of all financial and administrative operations of the Home Health and Hospice agency. Have full ownership of the revenue cycle (Accounts Receivable), payroll processing, and Accounts Payable. Oversee intake coordination, office operations, and regulatory compliance. What We’re Looking For Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years healthcare administrative or financial experience. Experience in Home Health and/or Hospice billing required. Experience with payroll, AP, and AR functions strongly required. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
