A leading aerospace manufacturer in Mesa is growing their team and looking for Mechanical Assemblers who enjoy hands-on work and want to learn multiple processes through cross-training opportunities. Mechanical Assembler job duties:

• Assemble products from start to finish using hand and power tools
• Soldering products
• Read and interpret diagrams, work instructions, and assembly drawings
• Measure materials using rulers, tape measures, and other measuring tools
• Perform wiring and mechanical assembly tasks
• Cross-train in multiple departments and assembly processes
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals

Mechanical Assembler requirements:

• Recent manufacturing or assembly experience within the past 2 years
• Soldering experience is a plus
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read a ruler and tape measure accurately (inches and millimeters)
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, or assembly instructions
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Cable assembly or wiring experience is a plus

Pay: $19.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM • Overtime available • Saturday overtime is required
