Join Our Team as a Urologist

We are looking for Urologists to become part of our physician-led medical group, serving patients and communities in Elgin, Illinois.

• Become a member of a thriving practice where you will quickly find yourself engaged with patients:
  • Work alongside 2 seasoned Urologists and 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs).
• Focus on General Urology while having the chance to delve into your specific clinical interests:
  • Experience a diverse range of cases and procedures.
• Collaborate with excellent multi-disciplinary teams supported by a substantial Primary Care referral network.
• Participate in a combined practice that includes both Inpatient (Operating Room/Rounding) and Outpatient (Clinic) care.
• Enjoy a flexible work schedule:
  • Our fully staffed clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, featuring 6 exam rooms and a minor procedure room.
  • Shared on-call responsibilities (1:4) to promote a healthy work/life balance.
  • Options available for both full-time and PRN positions.
• Attractive Compensation: A competitive salary package is offered, including a 2-year salary guarantee starting at $546,416-$546,417, with opportunities for additional earnings and a generous sign-on bonus.
• Access to state-of-the-art equipment, including robotic surgical systems.
• Your primary clinic will be located at our Urology facility in Elgin, IL.
• Work at Advocate Sherman, a 255-bed full-service Level 2 Trauma Center.
• Located 40 miles northwest of Chicago.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
• Join a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and integrated service lines.

• Experience a commitment to providing safe and equitable care for all patients.

• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency Program is mandatory.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology.
• Fellowship training is appreciated but not a requirement.
