Trade Support Assistant

To support a 3-month project, the remote Trade Support Assistant will manually review, validate, and update data across various web-based applications, ensuring accurate record matching and data integrity. Key responsibilities Update data fields in multiple CRM databases based on provided inputs to ensure accuracy Validate information using internal and external resources, conducting deeper research as necessary Collaborate with team leaders to resolve unclear or missing data for a flawless final product Required qualifications Basic experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in using various sources to validate and match data Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Sheets and Drive Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks effectively
