Job Title: Supervisor Nursing - SICU (Full Time/Night) Location: Mission Viejo, CA Position Type: Full-Time (FTE), Direct Hire Company: BestInfo Systems LLC Salary: $141,294 to $223,100 plus best-in-class benefits Job Description: The Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) is a 20-bed critical care unit specializing in neuro and trauma critical care management. We are a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level II Trauma Center, caring for complex patients such as neuro/TBI/Stroke/spinal cord injuries, complex surgeries, trauma, and medical critical care patients. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing California Registered Nurse License (upon hire) National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire) 2 years recent clinical experience in the specialty area Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing 2 to 5 years of experience Willingness to travel always Screening Questions: Do you meet the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing requirement? Do you have at least 2 years of recent ICU experience in an acute care hospital setting? Do you have Charge Nurse or leadership experience? Will you be able to obtain a California Registered Nurse License upon hire? Can you meet the requirement for BLS certification? Are you willing to obtain CCRN certification within 6 months of hire?
