The Experience As an Account Executive on our Small, Medium and Growth Business (SMB) team, you will sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform or a specialized cloud solution to a mix of existing customers and new logos. You will build trusted relationships with C-Suite decision makers, uncover business challenges, and match them to Salesforce solutions that drive measurable return on investment. With Agentforce woven into every layer of our platform, you will help customers understand how AI-powered agents can automate the repetitive, elevate the strategic, and accelerate their business outcomes.
You're Our Person If...
- 25 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 1 year in a field sales role with a proven track record of success.
- Experience selling to C-Suite stakeholders and navigating complex buying decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to build a business case and articulate return on investment to customers.
Even Better If...
- Experience managing and growing existing accounts as well as acquiring net new logo accounts.
- Ability to strategize and collaborate effectively with a large extended internal team.
- Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer experience, work experience).
