Job Description Develop Customized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations. Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Employ scientifically supported techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive and well-rounded care. Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide training to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to facilitate continued progress beyond the clinic. Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical developments and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize recovery. Education Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported. Certifications Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
