This client-facing role is responsible for understanding clients’ business needs and managing full project deployments from discovery through implementation, cutover, hypercare, and post-cutover support. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, communications, and deliverables to drive client satisfaction, effective implementation practices, and project profitability. The successful candidate will be a problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, and detail-oriented professional committed to the team’s success.Responsibilities:Work individually or as part of a team to lead project execution on client engagements.Manage full project deployments from discovery and planning through cutover, hypercare, and post-cutover support.Lead M365 and infrastructure projects valued at more than $250,000.Manage projects such as SharePoint migrations, Exchange migrations, Modern Desktop deployments, virtual desktop infrastructure initiatives, M365 Purview projects, and cloud or data center projects.Utilize proven tools and techniques to execute deliverables aligned with clients’ business objectives.Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and approved budgets.Deliver projects in a government contracting, defense industrial base, or otherwise regulated environment.Coordinate and plan technical remediation work with IT and security engineers across identity, network, endpoint, logging, and cloud domains, and to evaluate whether a control is genuinely implemented.
