Residential Sales Specialist

Sell pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers Assess customer needs through consultation and analysis of pest control products and services Visually inspect homes for pests, harborage, and entry points Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance based on inspection findings Collaborate with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and Technicians Partner with the Branch Manager to identify revenue opportunities Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and recommend additional household service enhancements Complete home diagrams using the Sales CRM Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities Provide expert knowledge for new service installations Complete daily activities and sales performance tracking in the company Sales CRM Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license from current state of residence Strong social, customer service, and communication skills Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience Ability to travel up to 100% of the time within assigned territories Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle Ability to move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11-20 lbs. frequently Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and use stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles Ability to work around pests including spiders, flies, mosquitoes, and rodents Ability to enter small or confined spaces such as basements, crawl spaces, and attics Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA-compliant respirator Related sales experience and/or training preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in pest management sales, customer consultation, and service proposal development. Proficient in using Sales CRM for tracking sales performance and managing customer interactions.
