About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Neonatology Nurse Practitioner for a 146-day assignment in Massachusetts, starting Oct 1, 2026. This role involves comprehensive inpatient NICU coverage, operating 24/7/365. The schedule includes Monday-Friday 5 PM-8 AM onsite shifts and full weekend coverage with 7 AM-7 PM and 7 PM-7 AM onsite rotations. Our client is looking for a committed professional to provide essential care within their facility. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide 24/7/365 inpatient NICU coverage
  • Manage cases within a hospital certified for stroke care
  • Deliver specialized care as a NICU Nurse Practitioner

  • Required Board Certifications: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), Neonatology
  • Other Required Certifications: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Setting: Inpatient
  • Call Schedule: Inhouse Call
  • Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 5 PM-8 AM onsite and full weekend coverage 7 AM-7 PM, 7 PM-7 AM onsite
