What we’re seeking:

• Active state license required as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Prior experience in school-based settings is a plus
• Commitment to providing both direct and consultative/indirect services for students
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage collaboratively with educators, parents, and advisory teams
• Flexibility to work onsite locally, travel in, or potentially in a virtual/hybrid capacity

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to students as outlined in IEPs and 504 plans
• Perform assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment goals
• Offer consultative support to teachers, families, and educational teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and compliance
• Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings, contributing insight and advocacy for students
