We are enhancing our clinical team and are in search of a dedicated and empathetic Inpatient Psychiatrist to provide care for adult and geriatric patients at our 32-bed inpatient facility located in Lubbock, Texas. Position Highlights

• Location: Lubbock, TX (Onsite)
• Setting: 100% Inpatient
• Employment Type: W2 or 1099
• Role: Staff Psychiatrist or Medical Director (leadership opportunity)

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $300,000 - $350,000

Schedule

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-Call: 1 week on / 3 weeks off (phone-based)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct 3–5 psychiatric evaluations daily
• Manage medications and provide crisis stabilization
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team

Technology Used

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): WellSky
• Dictation Software: Dragon / Dictation Cloud

Requirements

• Must be available to work onsite in Lubbock
• Eligible for a Texas medical license
• Preferred experience in adult/geriatric inpatient psychiatry
• Medical Degree: MD or DO
