Key Responsibilities & Duties: Lead and manage field crews for gas leak surveys Ensure work is completed safely and on time Communicate effectively with utility clients Handle scheduling and operational issues Promote a culture of safety and compliance Maintain operational audit readiness Support hiring and training of field personnel Manage labor and operational expenses Required Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years managing field operations or similar environments Proven success in customer-facing operations Experience leading field teams under pressure Strong relationship management skills Understanding of operational safety and compliance Valid driver's license Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience in gas utility or related service operations Familiarity with utility client expectations Success in improving operational performance This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
