Manager, Business Systems - IT Warehousing Capabilities

Manager leading AbbVie's warehousing business systems capability and team. Responsible for translating supply chain and logistics needs into scalable SAP-based technology solutions, managing roadmaps, delivery programs, and operational excellence across manufacturing sites and distribution centers.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain multi-year warehousing technology roadmap aligned with supply chain strategy
Serve as primary technology partner translating operational needs into system and integration requirements
Govern lifecycle of SAP WM, EWM, inventory management, RF/mobile, and warehouse automation solutions
Lead cross-functional programs through discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and cutover
Establish service performance expectations and oversee incidents, problems, change management, and vendor relationships

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years relevant experience, or Master's with 7+ years, or PhD with 3+ years
Experience leading business systems and technology capabilities in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain
Working knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, picking, shipping, inventory management
Demonstrated delivery of multi-site technology programs with vendor and budget management
1-2 years supervisory or people-leadership experience with performance management skills
Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills in global, matrixed environments
SAP WM, EWM, S/4HANA, RF/mobile solutions, or 3PL integration experience strongly preferred
