What you'll do as an accounting clerk As an accounting clerk, you support our CFO and controller with everyday transaction posting and data entry. Typically, your day includes: Entering and posting accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Helping with invoicing, billing, and collections Maintaining prepaid and fixed asset schedules and posting routine journal entries Keeping financial records and documentation accurate and organized Supporting month-end and year-end closing and audit requests Moreover, you work closely with a supportive team. What we're looking for First, we look for someone organized, accurate, and dependable.
