When necessary, this position will also assist in the daily imaging for all work by batch prepping, scanning, and indexing records into IT systems for other divisional sections. These processes are to be carried out in an accurate and timely manner.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences*The anticipated hiring rate for this position is up to $46,614, based on available funding and internal equity considerations.*This position is responsible for:Ensuring date, notary seals, document types, codes, number of pages, and one/two sided documents are appropriately notated before scanning.Processing documents in a timely manner so other employees can provide the required services for Retirement System members.Correcting system codes/records according to established procedures.Assessing other databases such as Accurint and USPS to reconcile addresses.Coding all forms correctly and ensuring accuracy for forms used by each respective section with Operations and Member ServicesKnowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesQualified applicants must possess, and application must clearly reflect work experience that demonstrates the following:Knowledge of basic computer operations.Ability to navigate multiple systems effectively.Knowledge of mail and document processing.Ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written formats.Management Preferences:Attention to detail and time managementOrganizational skills in an office settingInquiries and applications will be kept strictly confidential.Salary Range - $31,200 - $51,249Position is Subject under FLSA OvertimeThis position may be assigned additional job functions as needed.
