Unit Highlights

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Medical/Renal unit on the 6th Floor.

Position Description

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a medical/surgical environment during the specified night shift hours from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform IV starts and therapy
• Wound care management
• Conduct patient assessments and implement necessary interventions
• Utilize drainage devices
• Manage central lines
• Administer blood products

Required Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience
• Experience with Meditech

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with additional relevant skills and experience will be prioritized.

Unit Guidelines and Dress Code

Unit-specific policies will be communicated upon onboarding. Nurses should be familiar with National Patient Safety Goals. The dress code includes:

• Scrub Color: Navy
• Closed-toe shoes
• Tattoos must be appropriately covered
