Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care, Travel assignment in Hilo, HI. Start date 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,751–$1,869 per week. Guaranteed hours: none. Shift: Flex (8-hour shifts; varied including weekends and holidays). Setting: Long Term Care facility on site of a hospital. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and implement treatments as prescribed
- Administer medications and notify the MD/NP of pertinent information
- Manage admitting and discharge processes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility
- Provide care for Gastrostomy Tube, Urinary Catheter, and Nebulized Treatments
- Manage wound vac care, CPAP therapy, and Tracheostomy care
- Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements
- Availability for 8-hour shifts with varied scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Proof of flu vaccination required prior to contract start date (may be administered during employee health clearance)
- Must arrive the Thursday before start date to attend the employee health appointment on Friday
- Accepts contract duration of 13 weeks and travel assignment requirements
- Normal position urgency as indicated in the job notes
