LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) to join our team for night shifts.Shift Type: NightsShift Length: 12 hoursWork Schedule: Every other weekend and holidayThe LTC/SNF RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents within a Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Key responsibilities include:Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitoring patient health and documenting changes.Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.Providing education and support to residents and their families.Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a nursing role.Required Certifications: BLS Certification.Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.This position is a managed location and does not utilize specific timekeeping systems.Local adjusted rates apply when GSS housing is utilized.There is no on-call or callback availability.A fee will be imposed if the clinician resigns or backs out of the position with less than a 14-day notice.Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of those in our care!
