Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring NDM Hospitality's Rentyl Resorts and affiliates Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales. SCHEDULE: FLEX: (M-F, 9-6pm or 1-9pm) weekends, nights and split shifts will be rotated Responsibilities Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest) Manage the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Attend events and produce live social media content Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels for the Rentyl Resort brands Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar Monitor social media channels for industry trends and generate impactful strategic plan for brand awareness Collaborate with content team to create assets based off real-time trends Interact with users and create real time response to social media messages, inquiries, and comments Review analytics and create content performance reports Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy Monitor and respond, in writing, to guests on social media sites in an extremely timely and professional manner. Qualifications Minimum 2 years' experience Must be able to work one night shift a week (can be worked at home) Must be experienced with photography, social media video editing to create static images, reels, videos, etc. Experience with Major Social Media Platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok Social media marketing experience Experience working with and developing a marketing plan Proven ability to build a social media community and following Experience engaging with users in the social communities on behalf of the brand Understanding of graphic design principles Content creation, copywriting, graphic design, video editing and web design skills Experience with Data Collection and Analysis Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated and Creative Problem-Solving Skills Performing social media for high end Resort Brands Hands-on experience capturing video and image content Experience in hotels, retail, or multi-family industry a plus.
