• In-house call only, 5 - 8 shifts per month, 24-hour shifts
• 25 patients per shift
• Busy, high-acuity practice
• 5 midwives support MD providers on L&D
• Hysterectomy, C-section, laparoscopy, D&C required
• Ongoing assignment
• Inpatient setting
• 3,000 deliveries per year
