Do you enjoy cooking, working with people, and making a difference every day? Care & Rehab Boscobel is looking for a compassionate and dependable Culinary Cook/Aide to join our Dietary Team. Every meal you prepare helps bring comfort, nutrition, and joy to our residents.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve nutritious, appetizing meals following menus and recipes.
• Assist with meal service for residents with a variety of dietary needs.
• Follow therapeutic diets and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and inventory rotation.
• Work closely with nursing and dietary staff to ensure excellent resident service.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or food service experience desired, but willing to train.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
