The Step2 Company in Streetsboro, OH is seeking a Quality Management lead to champion the QMS and drive continuous quality improvements across products and processes. You will oversee the plant Quality Control department, plan resources, and ensure compliance with cost, quality specs and KPIs. You will guide quality systems, audits, and supplier coordination, while mentoring QC staff and coordinating with other departments to achieve world-class operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
