Whether you are an experienced roofer or looking to grow your career in the commercial roofing industry, we offer opportunities to develop your skills while working on high-profile projects.Our crews work on a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, roof coatings, and tile roofing systems. This is a hands-on role working alongside experienced professionals who value safety, quality craftsmanship, and teamwork.You'll play a critical role in installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems that protect some of the largest commercial facilities in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systemsAssist with tear-offs, roof preparation, insulation installation, membrane application, coatings, and tile systemsOperate roofing tools and equipment safely and efficientlyFollow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations, including proper fall protectionWork collaboratively with crew members, foremen, and project managersMaintain job site cleanliness and organizationAssist with material handling, staging, and job site preparationWhat You BringExperience in commercial roofing, single ply roofing, or roof coating systems is preferred but not requiredAbility to work in outdoor environments and at heightsStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to follow safety procedures and company policiesDependable with strong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding workPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, tile roofing, or roof coating systemsExperience working on commercial construction sitesOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationBilingual Spanish/English a plusValid driver's license preferredWhy Join Us?At State Roofing Systems, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
