Scanlan Griffiths + Aldridge is a growing boutique civil litigation firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Boise office. We welcome applicants at any experience level, from recent law school graduates to experienced litigators. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Our firm represents clients in a variety of complex civil matters, including professional liability defense, transportation and trucking litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, product liability, and commercial litigation. Attorneys work closely with partners and clients and gain meaningful litigation experience early in their careers. Responsibilities Legal research and drafting motions and pleadings Discovery and depositions Court appearances and hearings Case strategy and trial preparation Collaboration with attorneys, clients, and experts Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed in Idaho or ability to obtain admission Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Interest in civil litigation and trial practice We offer a collaborative environment, hands‑on litigation experience, and mentorship from experienced trial attorneys.
