The Janitorial Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various types of facilities including office buildings, healthcare facilities, religious institutions, and car dealerships. This position involves ensuring a clean environment through effective waste removal, surface cleaning, and sanitation, while working flexible shifts that may include day, night, or rotating schedules. Occasional travel between sites may be required to support multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors using sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming techniques
• Remove trash and dispose of waste appropriately
• Sanitize restrooms to maintain hygiene standards
• Dust surfaces and clean windows for a polished appearance
• Perform sweeping and other general cleaning duties

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in janitorial cleaning
• Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and janitorial equipment
• Understanding of safety procedures relevant to cleaning tasks
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Good communication skills for coordination and reporting
