YOU WILL BE:

The Manager, Retail Media & Strategic Brand Partnerships owns the strategy, execution and operational excellence of ELG's retail media business. Reporting to the AVP, Co-Op and Retail Media and partnering with the Senior Manager, this role serves as the retail media expert, and leader for the Co-Op team and within ELG. The Manager leads relationships with our agency partners, and independently translates brand and business objectives into media strategies, investment recommendations and proposals. The manager leads end-to-end campaign activation, optimization and performance reporting, and is accountable for cross-functional alignment, revenue delivery and scalable operating standards. This role advances ELG's retail media capabilities through sound judgment, proactive problem solving and consistent delivery of measurable partner value.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead retail media strategy and recommendations for an assigned portfolio, ensuring proposals align with partner objectives, ELG priorities and revenue goals
• Develop integrated onsite and offsite media plans, investment recommendations and measurement frameworks
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from scoping and feasibility assessment through activation, optimization, reporting and financial reconciliation
• Make in-flight optimization decisions based on performance, inventory and partner objectives; escalate material risks with recommended solutions to brand partner, agency, and key ELG stakeholders
• Own campaign recaps and translate performance data into actionable insights and forward-looking recommendations for brand partners and internal leaders
• Lead cross-functional execution across Analytics, Digital Product, Creative, Merchandising, Finance and external technology partners, resolving dependencies and maintaining accountability to timelines
• Manage retail media documentation, operating calendars, financial trackers, governance and quality-control processes
• Lead testing and evaluation of new retail media products; establish playbooks, best practices and recommendations for broader adoption
• Own revenue tracking and forecasting for assigned business, identify risks and opportunities, and drive timely campaign reconciliation
• Serve as the day-to-day retail media authority for assigned programs, independently resolving complex issues and implementing process improvements
• Manage agency and technology-partner workstreams, including deliverables, service levels and performance
• Provide subject-matter guidance to team members and cross-functional partners and contribute to capability building across the organization
  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, media strategy, account management or a related partnership/marketing role
• Demonstrated ownership of media strategy and end-to-end campaign delivery, including optimization, measurement and financial reconciliation
• Strong business judgment and ability to make independent decisions, solve complex problems and manage competing priorities
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong financial acumen, including revenue tracking, forecasting and identification of risks and opportunities
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail, luxury, or e-commerce
• Experience with Criteo Retail Media Platform or similar Retail Media Platform
• Experience managing agency or technology-partner workstreams
• Bachelor's degree

Salary Range $95,790 - $139,000*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
