Assistant Terminal Manager

Wesley Mingledorff Talent Partners is recruiting an Assistant Terminal Manager for a growing organization in the Greenville-Spartanburg, SC area. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting day-to-day terminal operations, safety, DOT compliance, fleet and dispatch operations, inventory, and team performance. What you'll do: Support daily terminal operations and lead the operations team Oversee safety programs and DOT compliance Manage fleet maintenance, dispatch, driver logs, IFTA, and DVIRs Support inventory management and product integrity Coordinate vendors and help control operating costs Assist with deliveries, equipment/field maintenance, and warehouse operations as needed What we're looking for: Petroleum industry experience required Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and motor carrier operations Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred 2 years of professional driving experience preferred Strong safety record and hands-on operational mindset Ability to provide operational support as needed outside normal business hours This is a great opportunity for someone with petroleum operations experience who is ready to take the next step into broader terminal leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wesley Mingledorff Talent Partners
